Ms. Deer is quiet but fast. Like a deer, she’s shy and runs to tell her sister Mouse about any happenings, though she is slightly more sure of things than Mouse. Timid, but nimble. When given a respectful amount of space, she loves to explore! Deer, at 4 months, has seen some of life by now. She’s a tad wary but quite interested in humans. Deer is very sweet and with patience, we know she will learn to trust and flourish.

A small update - she is already starting to come out of shell, and is blossoming  into a social, human-trusting rat quicker than we thought! Ms. Deer is always quick to come say "Hi" when the cage door opens! She also loves to suggle up in a blanket in your arms. She will need to be adopted alongside her sister Mouse. Let us know if you’re interested in these sweet girls - they would love to be scooped up!
