*Please fill out this Word document, and e-mail to [email protected]!
We strongly value transparency and would love to answer any of your questions in regards to our approach, practices, and records. We can also provide references from other animal welfare organizations and veterinarians. We encourage people to look into what it means to be a reputable rescue and ask questions themselves when looking into supporting and adopting from rescues. Rescues are not regulated in Ontario. Unfortunately, this means anyone can call themselves a rescue. This includes animal hoarders, breeders, and those with other unethical practices. We will be providing resources on how to assess rescues and determine which ones are reputable amongst animal welfare organizations, and veterinarians in the near future.
